Shipping Policy

  • We offer free UPS Ground shipping on all ProRack™ orders in the contiguous United States.

  • All orders for in stock items are fulfilled within 48 hours. Brackets and mounting kits are made to order and fulfilled within 10 business days. 
  • Estimated shipping times are 2 to 6 days. Shipping times vary depending on location.

  • Currently, we only offer shipping to the US and Canada. Please contact us regarding shipping to other countries. International buyers may need to pay additional duties.

  • Shipping times are calculated once the order has been fulfilled, not once the order has been placed. We will provide you with tracking information ASAP.
